The Ranch Club

Missoula, Montana. Les Furber laid it over 343 acres of ranchland in 2003 and disturbed as little of it as he could. What that means from the tee: wide mowed corridors rolling between big bunkers and ponds, and everything else is deep fescue and tumbleweed brush that does not give the ball back. A difficult links course. It opened as Phantom Links and took its present name in 2007.
